OurStory…

Since 1652 //Hue !Gaeb like its indigenous people, the indigenous flora survived the onslaught of colonisation, urbanisation, development and near extinction of plants, animals and its people.

18 May 1659 the first Khoe Dutch war led by Dowman the leader of the Ghorinaiqua. Since then several more Khoe wars against the invaders have taken place.

By 1713 due to the smallpox epidemic, most Khoe were exterminated.

Yet until this day the rights and knowledge are denied to all indigenous first people.

Unfortunately, man has not improved the heritage been found here. It is being diminished by.

  1. Deforestation
  2. Building
  3. Cultivation
  4. Planting and spreading exotic vegetation
